OLLEO's cold-pressed sunflower oil is extracted from peeled sunflower seeds by cold pressing and fine filtration, without chemical treatment. Due to the low extraction temperature (< 45 °C), our oil retains 100% of the sunflower seeds’ dietary benefits:
- Omega 3, 6, 9 fatty acids
- Vitamins E, A, D
- Zinc and Potassium
- Rich sunflower aroma and taste
It is suitable for use in a variety of dishes including salads, sauces, soups, meat, and fish. We do not recommend it for deep frying.
